Student Loans

The recently enacted Health Care and Education Affordability Reconciliation Act of 2010 (H.R. 4872), eliminates the Federal Family Educational Loan (FFEL) Program on July 1, 2010. Effective April 1st, 2010 we are no longer accepting new applications for student loans through the Federal Family Educational Loan Program. Contact your school's financial aid office for more information on securing federal student loans.

Dealer Purchase Auto Loan Promotion

Up to 84 months financing, as low as 2.99% APR, on 2005 or newer vehicles. Term depends on the loans amount and the year of the vehicle. Credit qualifications apply.

Meet it or Beat it

Sno Falls Credit Union will meet or beat your current Auto Loan rate by 2%, below what you are paying on a current loan contract with another institution, as low as 2.99% APR on 2005 or newer vehicles. Credit qualifications apply, new monies only. Maximum of 125% LTV.

Disclosures

• RATE CONDITION: If financing more than 100% of NADA Blue Book value, plus tax and licensing interest rate will revert to rate condition listed below:
  110% of book value - add 1% to current rate
  120% of book value - add 2% to current rate
  Over 120% of book value rate will revert to the Signature/Personal/Partially secured rate.
  The Annual Percentage Rate you receive will be within the range disclosed based on your credit history and finance term length (excludes HELOC, share secured and Visa.)
• Minimum Monthly Payment: $25.00
• Late Charges for Consumer Loans ***: If payment is 7 days late you will be charged 20% of the interest due with a minimum of $15.00.
• Collection Costs: You promise to pay all costs of collecting the amount you owe under this agreement including court costs and reasonable attorney fees.
• Filing Fees: You will be charged a filing fee at the time of an advance if the credit union takes a security interest in your collateral. The amount of the filing fee will be based upon the amount of fee required by state law to obtain a lien on your property. The amount of the filing fee will be disclosed on the voucher.
