COVID-19 Update

March 24, 2020

In response to the Governors Stay at Home order effective March 25, 2020 our North Bend Branch will be closed to the public. Full service transactions can be conducted through our Snoqualmie Main Branch drive-thru during the following business hours:

Monday – Thursday 9am – 5:00pm
Friday – 9am – 6pm
Saturday – 10am – 2pm

MARCH 23, 2020

Effective today our branch hours will be:

North Bend Branch

Monday – Friday 10am – 4pm Saturday – 10am – 2pm

We will continue to limit in-person traffic to a maximum of 2 members at a time.

Snoqualmie Main branch drive-thru remains open normal business hours. Feel free to use our night drop as these deposits will be processed throughout the day.

Snoqualmie Ridge Branch remains closed to the public.

Please check for updates often as these hours can changes as we adjust to various directives and changes related to COVID-19.

MARCH 19, 2020

North Bend Branch

Effective Thursday, March 19, 2020, we will be limiting in-person traffic to a maximum of 2 members at a time. Staff will be directing members to the next available Member Experience Representative.

MARCH 18, 2020

Effective Wednesday, March 18, 2020, we are further consolidating our branch operations to limit exposure for our members and our employees, and to alleviate strain on our employees due to school closures.

Snoqualmie Main Branch

In person transactions will be conducted through the drive thru window. Lending transactions will be by appointment only until further notice.

Snoqualmie Ridge Branch

Closed to the public until further notice.

MARCH 15, 2020

Effective Monday, March 16, 2020, we are consolidating our branch operations to limit exposure for our members and our employees, and to alleviate strain on our employees due to school closures.

  • Our Snoqualmie Ridge Brand will be closed to the public until further notice.
  • At this time, our North Bend and Snoqualmie Main branches will be open as usual.

Reminder: Nearly all transactions can be completed online, via our mobile app ( iOS or Android ) or at any of our full-service ATMs.

We are aware that the coronavirus (COVID-19) has been spreading internationally and is active in Washington state and elsewhere in the United States. Please know that the health and safety of our members and employees is of utmost importance to us.

What We Are Doing
We are taking precautions where possible to protect our members and employees. We want to assure you that we are following the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines (see below) to appropriately respond to this potential public health threat. These include:

  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
  • Stay home when you are sick.
  • Wash or sanitize your hands often. This is especially important after using an ATM. 

We are also advising employees on how to increase sanitizing efforts in high-touch areas inside our branches.  At this time, we are keeping normal business hours at all locations. If possible, we recommend you use Online or Mobile Banking as your primary channels to conduct business.
