What was the last book or article that you read?

I just purchased Alex Trebek’s memoir off of Amazon – “The Answer Is….”  Looking forward to diving in!

What is your favorite way Sno Falls Credit Union connects you to your community?

I love the fact that I can already sense the rapport between Member Experience and our members.  It’s great to see so many members are instantly recognized by the staff.  You just don’t get that very often these days, especially at larger institutions.

What is your favorite quarantine activity?

Spending time with my daughter, who would otherwise be out with friends on weekends. I get to have her close by for a bit longer!

What is one thing that surprised you about Sno Falls Credit Union, or one thing you were surprised to learn they do/did?

I am surprised and impressed at the degree of loyalty from Sno Falls members. Members have diversified accounts – they trust a large percentage of their financial investments with Sno Falls. Most importantly, one feels a sense of community, ‘family,’ and neighborly friendliness from the members.

What was the last book or article that you read?

Just finished 20th Century Boys, Volume 4. Now reading The Closers.

What is one thing that surprised you about Sno Falls Credit Union, or one thing you were surprised to learn they do/did?

I was pleasantly surprised by how much more focus goes into members, as opposed to clients at some banks. I thought Credit Unions were much closer to banks but they are not.
