What goals do you have for your first year at Sno Falls?
2021 is going to be an exciting year! We have added several new members to the Member Experience Team, in support of our goal of continuous service improvement.
We are also working on our plan to launch new products and services throughout the year. We’ll be announcing these in our monthly newsletters and on our website and Facebook page, so be sure to check in often for updates!
What aspects of Sno Falls made you excited to join the team?
My family and I moved to Snoqualmie in 2018. We instantly fell in love with the beauty of the Valley and the friendliness of its people. I am so excited to be working for a local, community-focused organization. It’s a great pleasure to work where you live and to serve your neighbors.
What advantages to members does Sno Falls Credit Union offer over a bank or online financial institution?
It’s simple – local service and decision making. We’re all a part of or connected to the Valley in some way and that makes a huge difference when it comes to offering banking and lending solutions to our Members.
What are you looking forward to now that the days are getting longer?
My family and I really enjoy hiking. We’re originally from Texas, so the mountains and forests around here still amaze us every day.
What else would you like to share with the Sno Falls community?
I would love to hear directly from our Members. What do you love about Sno Falls Credit Union? How can we serve you better? My email address is firstname.lastname@example.org. I’m looking forward to serving our Members for many years to come!

Just finished 20th Century Boys, Volume 4. Now reading The Closers.
What is one thing that surprised you about Sno Falls Credit Union, or one thing you were surprised to learn they do/did?
I was pleasantly surprised by how much more focus goes into members, as opposed to clients at some banks. I thought Credit Unions were much closer to banks but they are not.
