It has been brought to our attention by numerous members that mailed loan payments have not been posted to their accounts. As it turns out, we have not been receiving these items through the mail.
There appears to be a mail distribution problem with the North Bend and Snoqualmie Post Offices. We have opened a case with the Postal Service and they are investigating. We will continue to work diligently with the Postal Service to get this problem corrected. In the meantime, if you have mailed a loan payment more than 7 business days ago and it has not posted to your account, please check with your financial institution to see if your check has cleared. If it has not cleared, please contact us.
